Featuring Duplicate Bridge Games and Results for ACBL Affiliated Clubs in New Jersey |
This is a site about duplicate bridge games. If you need a bridge partner, you can find one here. Use matchpoint scoring or IMP scoring. If you play in a bridge pairs game, you will play bridge. Using bridge cards, you will find in your hand aces, kings, queens, jacks, tens, and smaller spot cards. If you need to make your contract, you may try a finesse.
Bridge techniques include a ruff, and a sluff, among others. Playing duplicate is the most fun, and a command of duplicate bridge strategy makes duplicate players generally better bridge players than rubber or social bridge players. The play of the hand, or playing the hand, is much more intense in duplicate bridge. Playing bridge you might cuebid during the bidding, or auction, in either rubber bridge, chicago style bridge, or duplicate bridge. Duplicate scores, or duplicate bridge scoring, can be learned on the website of the ACBL, or American Contract Bridge League.
Contract bridge is experiencing a resurgence! Learn how to have an auction, and compete for the best score for your side. You may have a part score, or partial score, a small (baby) slam, or even a grand slam! Then you will be pleased to read the duplicate bridge results from your bridge club. You may wish to purchase bridge accessories from a bridge website. This site is about finding bridge clubs and bridge results, sanctioned bridge games, and even bridge tournaments. |
